Introducing EDUAcademy:
New Learning Opportunities for Your Employees

At James Cook Languages, we are constantly looking for new ways to support your employees’ development. That is why we are introducing EDUAcademy – a new learning catalogue available directly in the app, expanding the possibilities of corporate language training. Your employees can now access an even broader range of learning opportunities.

In the first phase of the project, employees can choose from a selection of language lessons and workshops focused on specific communication situations and practical skills. This allows them to easily complement their regular language training with topics that are directly relevant to their current professional needs.

How Does EDUAcademy Work?

Your employees can select a lesson directly in the app and choose from the following payment options:

Employer Approval
The employee first submits an order request for approval. Once approved by your company, the lesson is included in the regular monthly invoice together with your corporate language training.

EDUA Credits
You can allocate EDUA Credits to your employees, which they can use to book lessons. The credits can also be used as an employee benefit, a motivational tool, a reward for performance, or an opportunity to try new learning formats.

Individual Payment
Employees can also book a selected lesson independently and pay online using a company payment card. In this case, the invoice will be issued directly to the customer/employer.

What’s Next?

We see EDUAcademy as a long-term project that will continue to grow. Currently, the catalogue primarily includes language lessons and workshops from James Cook Languages. Over time, however, we plan to add learning programs from other companies within EDUA Group.
The goal is to create one place where employees can access a broad range of learning opportunities across different areas of professional and personal development – simply, clearly and directly through their app.
