In order to participate in language courses organized by your company, I would like to kindly ask you to fill in the registration form below.

The registration form was created to gather information that will allow us to prepare the course in such a way that it fulfils your expectations.

Mark bellow when you CANNOT attend the lessons:

The courses can take place anytime during the day but need to be approved by your manager.  

Please note that scheduled time of the lessons will be a compromise of students time possibilities, teachers capacity and your company rules.
